From the perfect set of questions to ask your doula to an expansive look at your different provider options, we hope to make your birthing journey a bit easier and joyful. This guide is over 60 pages and mobile accessible!

Carol’s Daughter will donate a $10,000 gift of love, and an additional $1 for every like, comment, and share on their Giving Tuesday post on Instagram @CarolsDaughter, up to $5,000. This gift will directly support our national pro-bono birth and postpartum doula services for Black families in need.
