This World Mental Health Day, October 10th, we are pleased to release our Mental Health Pocket Guide!

What’s inside the guide?

The Mama Glow Foundation Mental Health Pocket Guide is 120-pages of accessible mental health content covering a variety of topics, resources, and writings, all nestled within the following 4 spheres: sexual wellness and intimacy, mindfulness and contemplative practice, wellness and self-care, and mental and behavioral health. The pocket guide is available for free digital download.

This pocket guide is a call to action and a powerful resource for folks navigating their mental health journey.

Sexual Wellness & Intimacy

This section explores the connection between sexual wellness and mental health and identifies gaps in the sexual wellness field. We encourage you to reflect on your relationship with your body and your current sexual health practices, and consider incorporating some of the teachings into your wellness routines.

Mindfulness & Contemplative Practice
